Engr. Mustapha Ibrahim is an engineer, serial entrepreneur and investment strategist whose work spans real estate, construction, logistics and mobility technology.
As Founder and CEO of PIVEA Group and founder of RoadRunner, he brings technical knowledge and commercial thinking to businesses built around people. His approach connects innovation with responsible leadership and a commitment to community development.

Engr. Mustapha Ibrahim’s career reflects a commitment to innovation, excellence and purpose-driven leadership. A University of Leeds alumnus, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Energy Engineering, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Wollongong, Dubai, and an MBA in Investment and Finance from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
His professional development includes a Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management, USA, a Professional Diploma in Procurement and Construction Management, and advanced certifications in Data Analysis and Project Management Professional (PMP).
At PIVEA Group, Mustapha leads a diversified enterprise in real estate, construction and investment management. A people-oriented philosophy and a belief in corporate social responsibility guide his approach to growth and value creation.
In 2022, he founded RoadRunner, a logistics and mobility fintech platform connecting parcel senders and receivers through technology. The venture brings together logistics, electric mobility and sustainable innovation with an ambition that reaches across Africa and beyond.
His work combines engineering knowledge, entrepreneurial thinking and investment strategy to build business ecosystems and contribute to social and economic development.
